Since going full on Keto, I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting in the kitchen. Thanks to Pinterest I have lots of inspiration!
This morning I woke up craving donuts. I actually don’t usually like sugar in the mornings but sometimes it’s a must! I took a stroll through Pinterest and found a Keto Donut recipe! Thanks to Low Carb Joy I was able to satisfy my donut craving.
I would personally make a few changes the next time I make them. I’ll add one less egg as the dough was a big more eggy for my liking. Potentially will try 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk. I would also sweeten it a touch more. One thing I tried but didn’t like was frying the donut. I felt it soaked up the oil and gave a strange texture.
