New Year, New You?
It’s that time of year again. Time to make those resolutions! Personally, I’ve never been a fan of all of that. I’m more of an “improve yourself all year long” kind of girl… With the body positive/acceptance movement in full force I think we forget just how important taking care of our bodies actually is. Does that mean you need to be skinny? Of course not, but it does mean that you should take pride in your body and health no matter what size you are. Below are some great workout tips from one of my favorite personal trainers and my actual personal trainer, Eric Bartee, as well as a low carb recipe that is sure to be a hit at the dinner table!
